　　倒吊桶式疏水閥

　　倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥它是利用冷凝水和蒸汽密度差的工作原理，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是由杠桿系統(tǒng)連接倒吊桶，克服 蒸汽壓力開關(guān)。內(nèi)部是一個倒吊桶為液位敏感件，吊桶開口向下。裝置剛啟動時，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和低溫冷凝水，此時疏水閥是全開放，空氣和低溫 冷凝水迅速排出，裝置很快提升溫度。當蒸汽進入倒吊桶內(nèi)，倒吊桶產(chǎn)生向上浮力，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥芯關(guān)閉閥門。倒吊桶上開有一小孔，能自動排空氣，當一 部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產(chǎn)生凝結(jié)水，倒吊桶失去浮力向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥芯開啟閥門。當蒸汽再進入倒吊桶內(nèi)，閥門再關(guān)閉，循環(huán)工作，間 斷排水。

　　倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥是機械型蒸汽疏水閥中zui堅固的疏水閥之一，它的優(yōu)點是：不怕水擊，能連續(xù)排不冷 凝氣體，抗污性能好；zui高背壓≥90%，所有內(nèi)件都是不銹鋼制造，耐磨損、抗腐蝕；球形閥芯和閥座是線接觸，密封性能好，使用壽命長；間斷排水和連續(xù)排 水，能排接近飽和溫度冷凝水，使加熱設(shè)備達到zui佳工作效率。倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥的閥座處于水密封的保護下，工作時無新鮮蒸汽泄漏，節(jié)能效果好。

　　它適用于石油、化工、印刷、造紙、制藥等工業(yè)蒸汽加熱設(shè)備和蒸汽管網(wǎng)的阻汽排水。

 

Inverted Bucket Trap

The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap: this valve adopts the operating principles of density difference between condensate water ａnd steam, ａnd the leverage system connects with inverted bucket to form its internal structure, thus controlling the open ａnd close of the steam pressure. The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap is an inverted bucket, a liquid level sensitive part, with the bucket’s opening downward. When the device just started, air ａnd low temperature condensate water occur in the pipes, at the moment the steam trap opens thoroughly, the air ａnd low-temperature condensate water are discharged rapidly ａnd the temperature of the device rises immediay. When any steam enters into the inverted bucket, the bucket will obtain buoyancy ａnd the fixed lever of the bucket drives the valve core to close the valve. There is small aperture on the inverted bucket, which can discharge air automatically. As some of steam is discharged from such aperture, while other steam produces condensate water. The inverted bucket loses the buoyancy ａnd sinks down ａnd its fixed lever drives the valve core to open the valve. When the steam re-enters into the bucket, the valve will close again. It repeats the said procedures to discharge water intermittently.

The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap is one of the most strong steam traps among mechanical steam trap, ａnd its strength are shown as follows: can resist water hammer ａnd drain non-condensing air continuously, with good anti-pollution performance; the maximum back pressure being ≥90%; all internal parts are made of stainless steel with anti-abrasion ａnd anti-erosion capability; the spheric valve core ａnd valve seat realize line contact, with excellent sealing performance ａnd long service life; it can drain intermittently ａnd continuously ａnd can discharge the condensate water that is nearly at saturation temperature to offer optimal work efficiency to the heating equipment, its steam trap valve seat is protected by water sealing, so no fresh steam will leak out during the operating process to obtain good energy-saving effects.

The product applies to such industrial steam heating equipment as petroleum, chemical, printing, paper making ａnd pharmaceuticals ａnd discharge of the steam pipe network.

5、不受背壓的影響，在高的背壓下能很好地工作。

6、工作可靠，只有兩個運動部件 （自由杠桿結(jié)構(gòu)和倒置桶 ） ，故不會產(chǎn)生卡阻。

7、閥座與閥瓣在閥的頂部，閥瓣在開關(guān)中可以使污物通過，有良好的自我清洗性能 ，無污物困擾。

 

Merits

1. All moving parts of the internal cavity are made of stainless steel, capable of resistance to abrasion ａnd erosion.

2. As the steam cannot reach the sealed aperture of the valve seat by water, the steam will not lose but has high efficiency ａnd save energy.

3. The float bucket is located inversely. It can resist to water’s strike ａnd has long service lift.

4. The invented bucket has gas vent ａnd performance of discharging the air continuously is excellent, without forming cool hysteresis ａnd air blocking.

5. It is free of the affect of the back pressure ａnd can perform well under high back pressure.

6. It has reliable operation ａnd only two moving parts—free lever structure ａnd inverted bucket, so no blockage is produced.

7. The valve seat ａnd valve disc are located at the top of the valve. The valve disc allows the pollutants to pass, so it attains good self-cleaning performance, without affected by pollutants.

1、疏水閥關(guān)閉：

疏水閥初始充水后，蒸汽開始進入疏水閥并在倒吊桶頂部積聚，把倒吊桶浮起，將閥瓣推入閥座。

The steam trap is filled with water first, steam begins to enter the steam trap ａnd accumulates at the top of the inverted bucket, ａnd then lifts the bucket upward, the valve disc is pushed into the valve seat.

 

2、疏水閥開始打開：

冷凝水開始流入疏水閥，蒸汽和空氣被擠出倒吊桶，使桶漸失浮力，開始拉動閥瓣拉開閥座。

The condensate water starts to flow into the steam trap, steam ａnd air are expelled from the inverted bucket, ａnd the bucket will lose buoyancy gradually ａnd begins to pull the valve disc to open the valve seat.

 

3、疏水閥排水：

當足夠的冷凝水進入疏水閥，蒸汽和空氣被擠出倒吊桶后，倒吊桶落下，將閥瓣拉離閥座，疏水閥向外推出冷凝水和空氣。

 

Steam trap discharge water

When adequate condensate water enters into the steam trap, steam ａnd air are expelled from the inverted bucket, ａnd the inverted bucket drops to pull the valve disc away from the valve seat, the steam trap drives the condensate water ａnd air outward.

 

4、疏水閥關(guān)閉：

在冷凝水停止流入后，蒸汽進入疏水閥并浮起倒吊桶，迫使閥瓣插入閥座，循環(huán)重復(fù)。

 

Steam trap closes

When the condensate water stop flowing in, steam enters into the steam trap ａnd drifts the inverted bucket up to force the valve disc to ｉnsert into valve seat. These procedures repeat.

INVERTED BUCKET TRAP

優(yōu)點：

1、對凝結(jié)水的發(fā)生量適應(yīng)性強，即可間斷排放，又可連續(xù)排放。
