　　自由浮球式疏水閥

　　利用高精度研磨不銹鋼空心浮球在閥腔內(nèi)隨著凝結(jié)水的液位變化開啟或關(guān)閉閥門。該疏水閥的結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡 單，主要由浮球和自動排空裝置組成。閥腔內(nèi)*的動作元件——不銹鋼空心浮球，采用高精度研磨工藝制造，整個球面均可做密封面，工作時無集中磨損，使用壽 命長 ; 閥腔內(nèi)無易損件，可靠性高。浮球能根據(jù)水位變化而自由調(diào)節(jié)閥孔的開度，能夠連續(xù)排放凝結(jié)水，過冷度≈0℃，工作效率高。

　　自動排空裝置分為兩種 :（低壓PN25以內(nèi)）液囊熱敏元件組成和（過熱蒸汽系統(tǒng)）雙金屬片組成。

 

Free-ball float trap

The drain valve is opened or closed by taking advantage of the change of liquid level of condensate water with the high-precision grinding stainless steel hollow float ball in the valve cavity. This steam trap has a simple structure, mainly consisting of float balls ａnd automatic emptying devices. The sole action elements, namely, the stainless steel hollow float ball is manufactured by high-precision grinding process, ａnd its entire sphere can serve as the sealing face ａnd will not be worn intensively during the work, so it has a longer service life. In addition, there is no wearing part in the valve cavity, with a high reliability. The float ball can freely adjust the openness of the valve opening in response to the change of water level ａnd discharge the condensate water continuously with a subcooled temperature of about 0℃ ａnd higher efficiency.

The automatic emptying devices fall into two types : （within low pressure PN25） consisting of reservoir thermo-sensitive elements ａnd （overheated steam system） consisting of bimetals.

工作原理說明：

在設(shè)備剛啟動時，低溫冷凝水和空氣同時進(jìn)入閥腔，這時開啟自動排空裝置將空氣排除，使低溫凝結(jié)水順利進(jìn) 入閥腔，閥腔內(nèi)的凝結(jié)水的液位隨即上升，使浮球升高，開啟閥孔，將凝結(jié)水迅速排出 ; 前面的蒸汽很快進(jìn)入加熱設(shè)備，使設(shè)備迅速加熱升溫，當(dāng)蒸汽或較高溫度的凝結(jié)水進(jìn)入閥腔時，自動排空裝置開始膨脹，關(guān)閉自動排空氣裝置，疏水閥開始正常工 作。這時閥腔內(nèi)的浮球隨凝結(jié)水液位的高低而升降，能連續(xù)的排放凝結(jié)水。由于的閥座孔總處于凝結(jié)水液位以下，形成水封，水汽自然分離，工作 時達(dá)到無蒸汽泄漏。該閥的zui小工作壓力為0.01Mpa，從0.01Mpa至zui高工作壓力范圍內(nèi)不受溫度和工作壓力波動的影響，能連續(xù)工作，其zui小過冷度 約為0℃，由于該閥能自動、連續(xù)地排除凝結(jié)水，加熱設(shè)備內(nèi)不會有水積聚，能使加熱設(shè)備達(dá)到zui佳換熱效率。是生產(chǎn)工藝加熱設(shè)備的zui理想疏水閥之一。

 

Description of work principle

Both low-temperature condensed water ａnd air will run into the valve cavity when the equipment is just started, consequently, automatic air discharge equipment will be open ａnd discharge the air, enabling low-temperature condensed water coming into the valve cavity smoothly, at the moment, the level of low-temperature condensed water inside will rise swiftly, which bring about elevation of ball floating ａnd open of valve hole, for the purpose of discharging the condensed water; the steam earlier will enter into heating equipment soon, which have equipment heating ａnd promoting temperature in a fast manner, the automatic air discharge equipment will start inflating as the steam or rather high-temperature condensed water enter into valve cavity, otherwise, trap should operate normally as soon as the automatic air discharge equipment is closed. At the moment, the ball floating inside valve cavity will up ａnd down along with the level of the condensed water, ａnd with capability of continuously discharging condensed water. Due to the fact that the valve seat hole of free-ball float trap is always below the level of condensed water, ultimay formed water seal that separated water ａnd steam in a natural way, therefore, there should be in no circumstance of leakage of steam during operation of the equipment. The valve will bear the minimum work pressure of 0.01 Mpa, in addition, it will keep operating continuously without influence of temperature ａnd fluctuation of work pressure within the scope between 0.01Mpa ａnd maximum work pressure. In consideration of the minimum super cooling degree of the valve is about 0℃, coupled with the fact that the valve is capable of discharging condensed water automatically ａnd continuously, therefore, heating equipment will remain absence of accumulated water, which could have heating equipment reach optimum efficiency in heat exchange. All in all, the valve is one of the best traps for heating equipment applicable to production.
